Personal Data Notice.

This notice explains, under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), how personal data you share through suleymanemreturgut.com is processed.

Data processed

Through the contact / quote form: full name, e-mail address, (optional) phone number, project type, budget and timeline preferences and your message. The date and time of submission and the version of this notice are also recorded.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is processed to answer your request, prepare a quote and communicate with you, based on KVKK Art. 5/2-(c) (establishment or performance of a contract) and Art. 5/2-(f) (legitimate interest). It is not used for marketing messages.

Collection method

Data is collected electronically, directly from you, through the contact form on this site.

Transfers

Your data is not shared with third parties. It is only stored technically by the hosting provider and by the e-mail provider that delivers notification e-mails. Where these providers are located abroad, transfers follow Article 9 of the KVKK.

Retention

Request records are kept for at most 24 months after the last interaction and are then automatically anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn to whom it was transferred, object, and claim compensation for damages. Send requests to iletisim@suleymanemreturgut.com; they are answered within 30 days.
